Wow!!!!! Having worked for Rick Stein for two years using Mathew Stevens fish I am now in London as a private chef for the rich and famous. I buy all my fish from Alexander Knight in Barnes SW13 this is the freshest bass i have cooked with other than what I have caught and i think the traceability of the tags is great.

If only fishing world wide could be done in such a sustainable and passionate way. Well done, your efforts really shine through in the produce.
